Finally, here is the Membership Contact List 2010. It is only available to members who have completed the on-line application, by using your CSC UserId (Pass No.) together with the password that you supplied therein. If you were one of the "early birds" who used the paper application, we thank you for your promptness! You'll still need to complete the on-line application (next paragraph), but of course you won't need to repeat the waiver or payment.

To join the Cupertino Tennis Club, please complete the membership application on your computer screen, and then print out the waiver, sign it, and send it with your check to:

• Resident Single $20.00
• Resident Family $25.00
• Non-resident Single $25.00
• Nonresident Family $30.00

Memberships are for the calendar year. (Please see Note below.) Therefore, 2009 memberships became invalid on December 31st and those who have not renewed are no longer eligible for CTC activities or USTA play on teams at the Sports Center. Also, those who have not renewed by March 1st risk being dropped from the Club's email list.

PLEASE NOTE: You also must be an annual passholder at the Sports Center, if you intend to play on a Cupertino USTA team. Please understand that the city requires you to be an annual passholder at the Sports Center, not any kind of shorter membership. You must also be a current member of CTC prior to participation in any league.

Please make check payable to Cupertino Tennis Club. Checks and signed waivers (obtained from the on-line application) can be dropped off at the CTC Mailbox in the CSC lobby or mailed to the address above.
